In view of the positive uptake in this channel, we now see an opportunity to more aggressively position itself in the ringtone and ring-back tone market by formally registering as a CSP and opening up most or all of its vast archive.

Safaricom is a leading communications company in Kenya with the widest and strongest coverage. Not only is the company well known as the home of the famous Mobile Money service- M-PESA,
but also partnerships with the various content providers for Skiza.Tamasha Corporation Limited has partnered with Safaricom as content providers for musical and non-musical content for both local and international music in the creation of Skiza codes.

KECOBO (Affiliate)
The Kenya Copyright Board is a State Corporation that was established under Section 3 of the Copyright Act Cap 130 of the Laws of Kenya to administer and enforce copyright
and related rights in Kenya. The board registers copyright works of musical, audio visual, literary and artistic nature. Tamasha Corporation Limited is an affiliate of KECOBO and has been an active member as from 2009 KECOBO also protects artist and organizations against piracy with an Anti-Piracy Security Device (APSD) which reduces the increase of piracy cases.

This is the Kenya Association of Music Producers which protects the rights of the producers. Tamasha has been an active member since 2009 as one of the music producers of their content.
