Chairman Hon. Kangwana is the Chairman of Tamasha Corporation Limited and Anglo African Property Holdings Ltd. and Director and Chairman of Monarch Insurance and Chester House Limited. Hon. Kangwana is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and was previously Chairman of Alico (Kenya) Limited and a member of the Board of Directors of the Capital Markets Authority. Hon. Kangwana has also worked on a number of other government advisory boards including; Advisory Council to the African Development Bank (“ADB”), International Telecommunications Satellite Organization (“INTELSAT”), Capital Markets Authority, Capital Markets Advisory Board. Hon. Kangwana has been a director and shareholder of the Company since inception and has for the last five years been pursuing the promotion of personal business interests including the development of the Company such as planning, developing and managing conservancies, lodges, hotels and resorts. Hon. Kangwana also served as a Member of Parliament in the Founding East African Legislative Assembly between 2000 and 2006.
